Spiritual Damage - Hephzibah House

Mary Kumar
My friend, Mary Kumar shares her personal story and I know from my similar experience that she is telling the TRUTH. Whomever denies her truth is brainwashed (see Brainwashing) from that cult and really believes that God is working with the Hephzibah House's ministry. This YouTube video (below) hit home because she touched based on spiritual damage that happens in reform schools, wilderness programs, teen boot camps, conversion therapies etc. This is a different video she made regarding the Hephzibah House. Again, this boarding school for the wayward, is a sister program to Victory Christian Academy (where I was locked up into). These teachings of Christ are similar and ran by the same cult.

These cults are steering young children away from God and the church. It is definitely the wrong approach and Mary and myself are examples of the end result. I encourage other survivors to comment on how your program damaged you on a spiritual level.

The pastor running the program Victory Christian Academy, treated us the same and we were continuously alienated making us feel that we were "untouchables" not only to society but to God. We were conditioned everyday until, we believed it...

Personally, this so called man of God made me feel like an estranged woman and then I became one. I sought affection from relationships to fill that void because I felt so unloved. This remains a constant battle for me.

I can no longer enter into a church without experiencing PTSD. I want to be in the back. The associations with religious songs, a preacher yelling or any kind of praise to God is tantamount to an automatic machine gun going off in my mind.

Do you want this for your daughter or the helpless girls currently locked up in the Hephzibah House now? Yes, it's still open and a demonic sermon of something from a darker side is being preached from the pulpit. This doesn't include any of the physical abuse that goes on inside.

This is How I Define a 'Mensch'!

Mark Levine This Virginia State Delegate is more than a political figure making a difference. He is a Talk Show Radio Host for  Mark Levine Talk , a Journalist, Constitutional Attorney, TV Personality and my friend. There is no doubt in my mind that he over exceeds this list and I believe, I am only scratching the surface. I first met Mark at a convention in Long Beach, CA for Survivors of Institutional Abuse. He continuously volunteers his time for survivors. He is humble, down-to-earth and will stand up for human rights without giving it a second thought . When we had a convention in DC, Mark helped with Survivors of Institutional Abuse.  Jodi Hobbs is a survivor of Victory Christian Academy and the founder of Survivors of Institutional Abuse ( SIA-now.org ). She started this non-profit organization as a means for other survivors to have a support system, become empowered and take action against child abuse in teen programs. The troubled teen industry is a billio...

Hephzibah House-Being Forced to Wear Diapers

Mary Kumar's Story... Mary Kumar is a survivor of a lockdown reform school for the wayward . This boarding school for girls is located in Winona Lake, Indiana called, Hephzibah House. It was founded in 1971. Anderson Cooper covered a thorough investigation of the boarding school for girls and no one has made any efforts to close down this program of torment . Is child abuse illegal? Yes. If we allow this home for girls to stay open for business then we are condoning it. Parents are feeding these programs by a. sending their child to these institutions. b. money. Parents Parents are usually brainwashed by their church or other organizations. They are consistently fed this spiel: "If you do not enroll your child in this program, they will end up dead!" Parents usually cannot see their child for months at a time. I'm a survivor of a sister program, Victory Christian Academy and I could not speak or see my parents for three months. By that time, the chi...
